I am BambangSoepriyono, currently working asExecutive Chef for the Gardenia Resort SpaPontianak Kalimantan Barat, Indonesia.
I am having international experiences and pre-opening experiences for new properties Hotel and Resort with 5* standard.
My strength background is in F&B Service, MICE as well as in culinary. I used to work also Grenadian Rex Resort Caribbean British West Indies.
Responsible for the entire operations of Hotel Food and Beverage as well as Catering and Banqueting capacity of 6000 covers.
I worked in Baku Azerbaijan Hospitality Company as Executive Chef and looking after 6 F&B Outlets.
Working experience in Azerbaijan Baku, Asia, The Bahamas Caribbean Island, Dubai UAE, British West Indies, Miami Florida USA and India experiences includemedium and large size hotel operation, deluxe resort, high volume banqueting.
