Manage facing different statues of daily customers(subscription, complains..etc) and coordinate with sales and marketing (for ex a customer wants to change the ont, wants to subscribe, wants to buy an IPTV …etc)
Giving the professional customer service advice to convince the customer to subscribe and explains the offers and packages and even though resolution of some technical cases for the customers .
