Managed construction of mixing chamber project worth 92 Million SAR which
receives water from SWCC and adds some minerals and transfer to customers.
• Managed a new project that making drinking water pipeline in North Abhor Jeddah
and connected two point from existing project.
• Made a kickoff meeting with NWC department and present the project and highlight
all the challenges in terms of financial, risk, and time.
• Made an interview to approve contractor and consultant project team and made period
KPIs monthly basis.
• Reviewed all project management plan from the contractor and discussed with
consultant about its visibility.
• Dealing with external stakeholder such us Saudi Electricity Company and Jeddah
Municipality.
- Negotiating with the client before signing the contract.
- Prepared construction schedule for the project with Planning engineer.
- Attending technical meeting in India with consultant.
- Using new methodology of erection in HIDADA Contracting by using Jacking method to minimize time and cost.
- Attending meeting with our client for any clarification.
- Preparing Cash Flow for the project and monitor the project Budget.
- Preparing construction schedule and minimize the duration by focusing on critical path
- Conducting Weekly meeting with my team and with client to make sure the work is done properly.
- Assigned a project worth 45, 000, 000 SAR in Jubail city. EPC of Drinking and
Irrigation water tanks from 70% progress until completion without any penalty
or LD.
- Assigned in a committee to prepare a claim against Farabi (SABIC) previous project to
get our final payment and rejected the penalty.
- Assigned in a project in SADARA facility worth 4, 500, 000 SAR. We completed the
project ahead of time and under budget.
- Assigned in a project in Ras Al-Khair.
- Followed up with main contractors to get the final payment for previous projects.
- Attended in committee to prepare project execution plan to be implemented for
all project in the company.
We have a project in 3 sites Turaif, Arar, and SAKAKA. Our project is EPC of storage tanks for Waste Water treatment Plant.
My responsible as a Project Manager is the following:
- Deliver the project within contractual requirement.
- Make sure we follow the QC requirement.
- Making a project schedule and make sure the site team follow the schedule strictly.
- Review the budget from time to time. I prepared a forecast of there is cost deviation.
- attended weekly meeting with the client to discuss the issues.
- Assigned a project manager at site worth 170, 000, 000 SAR.
- Monitored the project in various sites (Arar, Sakaka, Waad Alshamal and Turaif)
- Discussed with Main-contractor and consultant to approve monthly progress report for
invoicing.
- Sent the priority list to fabrication to fabricate the material based on site condition.
- Amended the payment terms due to the client delay to improve the project cash
flow. From milestone payment, to progressive payment
- Planning and estimate the transportation requirement for each project.
- Negotiate with transportation supplier and clarify the scope.
- Control all the assets of the company.
- Assisting the programmers to implement online system for the company.
- Provide maintenance facility for equipment and machineries in projects or warehouse.
- Allocate the maintenance team upon project requirements.
- Create preventive maintenance based on manual of each machine.
- Plan spare parts for each equipment 6 months ahead.
- Direct contact between procurement department and site personnel.
- Monitored delivery schedule of tank materials.
- Prepared fabrication plan for the shop floor based upon priority on site.
- Controlling consumables, equipment and providing necessary equipment to the site.
- Directed Contact with the client at site.
- Checked schedule, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
- Managed the site daily basis, supervising and monitoring the site labor and subcontractors.
- Coordinated with QC supervisor about any quality issue.
