In addition to the role and the duties of the previous position, as a senior legal counsel my role includes the following:
• Counsel business partners as a trusted advisor in legal matters within assigned area.
• Identify and analyze legal risks and opportunities, and drive solutions.
• Manage legal proceedings and claims by analyzing legal situation, gathering related legal data and setting up a salvation strategy.

• Ensure effective legal control of agreements by drafting/ reviewing and negotiating agreements in assigned area.
• File reports on material legal risks and proceedings to meet relevant internal and external regulations and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to given legal policies and processes.
• Manage outside counsel.
• Represent legal expertise and act as an ambassador for the internal and external legal community.
• Mentor and supervise commercial lawyers, contract managers, paralegals, trainees and team assistants.

• Handling all in-house legal matters of Company four business
sectors and corporate units (Energy, Industry, Infrastructure, Healthcare,
Compliance, HR, Accounting and Supply Chain Management) and Company
affiliated companies, with special concentration in the following;
• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on all commercial
contracts relevant to Company business such as MOUs, NDAs, subcontracts,
supply contracts, services agreements, EPC/turnkey contracts, cooperation

• Reviewing and analyzing tender documents concerning governmental

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all company's corporate and
procurement agreements, and supporting Company Real Estate corporate unit by
handling the due diligence process regarding the selected plot and drafting
the relevant LoI, lease or purchase agreements and construction related
agreements (mainly: project management, designer, contractor).
• Supporting the Compliance department to ensure that Company
business is complied with USA, EU and local antitrust and competition laws
and other anti-corruption laws, and review and standardize compliance
documents.
• Performing extensive pre-drafting formalities and drafting court
documents.
• Standardize Company contracts and general T's & C's.
• Negotiate and draft contracts, deviations, variations and
amendments to the same as well as general conditions of contract.
• Prepare legal briefs and submissions for presentation to tender
committees and other internal parties.
• Handling of all litigations against the company or claimed by the
company in carious courts (labor courts - administration courts - public
courts)
