We deal in electro mechanical projects, that includes fire fighting, fire alarms, fittings, pipes, HVAC and maintenance.
We focus and serve kingdom wise mega projects such as NEOM, etc.
I handle portfolion presentations, Strategic planing, shaping targets, cordinating, followup, closing deals, training and managing the process of delivery for products and services.
Vendor registration process follow up for bidding and tender.

• Research and analyze market trends that impact the client base, accordingly develop and implement sales plans for acquiring new client accounts and maintaining the existing clients.
• Follow up on payments, manage cash flow, monitor aging accounts and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Coordinate with suppliers for new items & orders and forecast needs by seasons and quarter.
• Monitor operational performance according to company standards and ensure necessary actions to increase the performance levels.
• Supervise employees to accomplish their goals and ensure they meet the company policies and procedures.
