• Maximize business profit and cash flow through the management of credit risk and timely collection of cash across a diverse customer portfolio.

• Focus on reduction and control of overdue receivables, payment terms and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) while improving collection efficiency and processes.
• Provide internal stakeholders with clear and consistent insights into the successes and challenges associated with credit control.
• Analyze credit applications decisions to determine terms of sale, credit limits and risk levels
• Meet with customers as needed to maintain strong business relationships, minimize credit risk and
collect cash in the most complex of cases.
• Initiate and manage the legal process for the recovery of debt.

• Analyze the company's financial receivable report to organize the requirement of the follow-up.
• Evaluate company's source of business to ensure the effectiveness of company's business strategy.
• Review and recommend cases of reschedule installments, settlements, closures, etc. with appropriate account
background and justification
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues pertaining to collections and customer disputes.
• Daily providing Statement of Account for troubled customers.
• Accounting Reconciliation.
