COMPLIANCE PROJECT). Managing a very
perceptive project inside the royal
commission for Yanbu. The client for this
project was SAMREF Refinery (Aramco).

execution of construction works aligned to
the project master schedule ensuring on
time completion of planned jobs.
- Assessed resources - manpower,
equipment, tools, materials, technical
submittals - mobilized and monitored
optimum utilization.
- Monitored and ensured execution of all
construction activities adhering to approved
scope, specifications, drawings, method
statements, quality and safety plans.
Provided project management services and
assisted the project owner to ensure
delivering project on time within budget
and scope. Monitoring all project activities,
evaluate progress and achievement against
plans, identify variances and recommend
effective remedial actions. Within a budget
of 210M.
The projects included Panda Retail Co
Headquarter & Savola Group Headquarter
tower in Jeddah and 50+ new Panda stores
across KSA in 3 years. Managed a portfolio
of projects as part of the company’s new
stores development and expansion program
within an annual budget of 465M.
