Worked as a senior civil consultant for
Crowne Plaza Hotel project and Qiddya
water theme park project, then get
promoted to PM consultant to manage
project on site for Crowne Plaza Hotel
project (14 floor tower). The project was
owned by Taiba Investments Co. This
project cost 520M.
- Providing overall direction to the project
management team in development and
implementation of strategic plans
facilitating flawless process execution.
- Lead review and finalization of project
scope, determination of milestones and
development of master project schedules
and resource plans.
- Formulate and implement effective
communication channels with all
stakeholders.
Established a new business for safety
systems. Served as the co-founder for a
safety system est., to work with business to
assess their safety system (alarm system
and fire system), install and maintain the
systems.
Was involved in (SAMREF REFINERY HCIS
COMPLIANCE PROJECT). Managing a very
perceptive project inside the royal
commission for Yanbu. The client for this
project was SAMREF Refinery (Aramco).
With a cost of 485M.
- Developed and implemented plans for
execution of construction works aligned to
the project master schedule ensuring on
time completion of planned jobs.
- Assessed resources - manpower,
equipment, tools, materials, technical
submittals - mobilized and monitored
optimum utilization.
- Monitored and ensured execution of all
construction activities adhering to approved
scope, specifications, drawings, method
statements, quality and safety plans.
Provided project management services and
assisted the project owner to ensure
delivering project on time within budget
and scope. Monitoring all project activities,
evaluate progress and achievement against
plans, identify variances and recommend
effective remedial actions. Within a budget
of 210M.
The projects included Panda Retail Co
Headquarter & Savola Group Headquarter
tower in Jeddah and 50+ new Panda stores
across KSA in 3 years. Managed a portfolio
of projects as part of the company’s new
stores development and expansion program
within an annual budget of 465M.
Managing SAKAB Project facilities involved
in property management, stakeholder
management, maintenance, and real estate
management.
Managing and mentoring activities on site
for a Commercial project with cost of 27M
