-Optimize the return on investment of the assets through application of Reliability, Maintainability and Operability (RMO) practices during design and construction and ongoing improvements during operations. This will specifically include, but not be limited to involvement in HAZOPS, design reviews and 3D model reviews, specification reviews.
-Develop the Failure Mode Effect Cause Analysis (FMECA) diagrams for all critical equipment in the area.
-Develop the Equipment Maintenance Plans (EMP) during design using templates based on RCM analysis for common equipment and undertake RCM analysis for critical equipment where no templates exist. Continuously review the effectiveness of the applied equipment maintenance plans and make changes in the CMMS where required.
-Provide input into the required spares to be held in inventory for equipment based on reliability data such as MTBF.
-Ensure that all equipment technical data is available in the CMMS and is kept up to date.
-Provide specialist technical/engineering advice to operations personnel and planners.
-Developing Scopes of Work for inspections and repairs that require engineering assessment and advice.
