Responsibilities Included:
o Managing Interior Ministry projects (Command and Control Center).
o Managing the project schedule to control project.
o Managing the project stakeholders
o Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
o Tracking progress and quality of work
o Developing project plans
o Distribution tasks to the team and fallowing up.
o Sending weekly progress project report to stakeholders.
o Attending meetings at the client.
o Managing the project conflicts
o Developing the project plan
o Attend client meetings and assist with determination of project requirements
o Managing the project stakeholders
o Prepare project organization and communication charts
o Managing the project schedule
o Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members
o Track the progress and quality of work being performed by design disciplines/trades
o Managing the project risk
o Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures
o Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team
o Managing the project conflicts
o Review field inspection reports from Consultants throughout the lifecycle of the project
o Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
o Track & manage contemplated change notices and change orders in the database
o Prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
o Develop instrumentation installation drawings, data sheets and specifications, in full compliance with recognized industry standards, safety standards, and various client specifications.
o Assist in the development of project schedules and manpower requirements.
o Review and checking of technical vendor submittals for installation Requirements.
o Identify and record any electrical and instrumentation service quality problems.
o Supervise and control maintenance of activities for proper implementation, supervise schedules and responsible for the maintenance, repair, schedules checks and calibration of process and general service instruments, controllers, safety controls and communication.
o Ensure that safety precautionary measures are being followed and implemented.
