Under Human Resources DIVISION (support all Business Units belong to DAO “Domestic Automotive Operations”, that includes: Vehicles “Lexus, Toyota, Daihatsu”, Spare Parts, ALJACS, Forklift, Lubricant Oil, Used Car, Real Estate, and Summit/Komatsu), reporting to Director of HR-Operations & Rewards. Major achievements & duties are:

- Assigned to manage HR Khumrah Region, the most critical & important area for ALJ-DAO.

-Responsible for Engagement Q12: coordinate meetings between Engagement team with MD-ALJACS. Follow-up impact plans with Heads of departments. Coordinate meetings related to all ALJACS team leaders. Coordinate “Strength Finder 34” related issues for ALJACS associates. And organize in-house/outside events based on management plans.
-Responsible for PRIDA Management System: to become PRIDA facilitator. Coordinate requirements and communicate updates. Aligned with Compensation & Benefits team.
-Responsible for Incentive Scheme: understand current different polices & procedures of incentive in each department. Come-up with integrated policy for ALJACS that balances between business needs and meet associates expectations, aligned with Management.
