Handling all HR functions
Develop and implement all saudization strategies.
Budgeting and planning resources for saudization programs and trainings career path planning. Ensuring the organization affiliates meet the saudization percentage as set by the government.
Lead the saudization (Netaqat) effort for the company.

and effective organization ( Recruitment-Hiring-employee relation - training) Designing programs and events that
will boost employee morale and in turn increase productivity. Providing consultations with the senior management

Handling all Saudi labor office procedures and regulations as well. Handling all GOSI procedures. Supervision all
employees updated about any change in the policy of the organization. Handling all complaints made by the
employees and solve it in an impartial manner. Oversee all the employee terminations. Supervision all salary
related queries and hand out the paychecks to the employees. Arranging into all the legal matters of the company.
