Thermo-Fluid Component Design: Heat Exchanger o Designed multiple heat exchangers with the team. o 3D printed a heat exchanger that takes 24 hours to be printed. o Developed a MATLAB code to compute outlet mass, temperature, and heat rate. o Verified and validate the heat exchanger. Mechatronics: Automatic: Pet Feeder o Designed an automatic pet feeder using SOLIDWORKS with the team. o Manufactured prototype using 3D printed parts and wood. o Programmed a motor, and timer, and touched sensors using Raspberry Pi pins.
