• Composed, typed, and distributed meeting agendas and minutes, routine correspondences and reports.
• Collected and coordinated the flow of internal and external information. Save and safe all documents and files.
• Purchaser local & international supplier.
• Issues Delivery notes & Performa invoice for branches.
• Stock Managements.

• Customer solves queries by Email and telephone on urgent basis.
• Work under limited direction.
• Computer literacy particularly in MS Word, Excel, Oracle & Outlook
