I drive the development and daily execution of the Human Resources team while establishing enterprise-wide HR strategies for the company. As a key advisor to the leadership team, I lead HR initiatives to cultivate an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, high standards, goal achievement, and organizational growth. I contribute strategically to departmental plans through initiatives focused on talent attraction and retention, employee and leadership development, and alignment of organizational goals.

Key responsibilities include:
- Directing the functional areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition and retention, personnel records management, employee relations, legal compliance, benefits administration, workplace environment and engagement, job evaluation, reward and recognition, compensation management, organizational design and development, competency development, succession management, and strategic projects.
- Maintaining a highly engaging culture that motivates employees and fosters teamwork, accountability, communication, and vision.
- Developing, updating, and managing policies and procedures, and contributing to organizational strategies by identifying and researching HR issues, providing information, analysis, and recommendations for strategic direction.
- Administering HR plans and procedures for all personnel, assisting in policy development and updating employee handbooks.
- Analyzing HR metrics and trends in collaboration with the HR network to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Collaborating closely with executive leaders and management to advise, counsel, and provide coaching and resolutions for employee performance and management issues.
- Consulting with management and employees to enhance work environment, relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Managing the HR department, resolving complex employee relations issues, and consulting on legal matters as needed.
- Planning and improving new employee orientation programs to align with company goals.
- Ensuring accurate maintenance of personnel records and compliance with HR transactions and documentation.
- Leading succession planning and talent development initiatives for key positions to support company growth and individual career paths.
- Acting as the first point of escalation, communicating business developments and organizational changes, and addressing employee concerns.
- Promoting ethical and cultural awareness through learning, development, and consultation.
- Assisting in developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures through employee handbooks, communications, and meetings.
- Preparing reports in compliance with legislative and legal requirements or company needs.
- Communicating updates to personnel policies and procedures and ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
- Reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs to management.
- Setting and maintaining World Class HR standards, best practices, continuous improvement, automation/systemization, and innovation to enhance HR processes, address performance, create action plans, and ensure employee training and development.

I manage the HR activities of the Consolidation project from initiation to completion, providing both project management expertise and HR insights throughout the project phases. I oversee the rollout of project deliverables for an agreed period until desired outcomes are achieved. I offer specialized project support to HR leaders aligned with business objectives, driving decision-making and recommending new strategies as needed.
