Contributing to that, by taking ownership for unit’s business KPIs with specific focus on the HR KPIs.
Member of Dhahran Store Management team. Reports directly to the Store Manager and has a matrix relation to the Country HR Manager, and lead a team of 7 professionals. As HR Business Partner, responsible on methods and processes of the store staff cost level budget, HR Administration, Compensation & Benefits, Employer Branding, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Management and Leadership, Succession and Career Planning. Providing know-how to all Store Managers and reinforce the IKEA culture and values.

Member of Market Company HR Management team, reporting to the Human Resources Director. This role involves a broad range of research and communication intensive activities supporting overall efforts to find, engage, and hire both basic, mid, and high level talents into the organization. - Building the company image as employer Responsibilities:
1. Oversees implementation of strategic people imperatives to build and preserve the culture and the values of the organization.
2. Designs and reviews HR policies and procedures and supervises their implementation on time and appropriately at all levels of the organization.
3. Prepares people forecast and succession plans to project employment needs for the sake of keeping the organization well staffed, reducing the hiring cycle costs and loss of productivity.
4. Decides on and supervises recruitment and hiring process to bring in the company the right talent needed at the most cost-efficient way.
5. Stays aware of the changes related to labor law and adapts labor relations strategies to protect the company’s image and minimize the legal risk .
6. Communicates and delivers presentations to management and employees about HR policies, practices, procedures and programs.
7. Building relationships with local universities and institutes following Company’s strategy with regard to Saudization and its image as employer.
8. Develops and maintains a human resources system that meets top management information needs and decision-making.
9. Partners with top management and all departments and act as expert counsel on HR systems and strategies to increase efficiency and improve work processes.
10. Applies and improves internal communication to guarantee the good understanding of messages and information at all levels of the organization.
In Charge of Personnel and Administrative Jobs, assisting HR Manger in all phases of human resources activities related to personnel function, Employment Attendance, Financial Affairs, Housing, and Immigration. Interview and process all employment requirements along with HR policies and procedures. Assisting for preparing, Analyzing and Translating contracts, Leaves, new employee’s orientation, job applicants evaluating exams and all personnel related issues.
King Abdulaziz Airport Security department and Residency of Civilian Aviation transactions as Security access badges for terminals and ramp plus other relevant legalization and documentation. Responsible for other Government Relations work as Municipality issues, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Interior, and Saudi Embassies. Also coordinating assigned tasks related to personnel, employee relations, and administration.
