•Receiving the budget estimates from all the departments of the organization and critically examines them for correctness, accuracy and completeness; and conformance with established procedures, regulations, and organizational objects.
•Budget Preparation (consolidation, data gathering, timetable, guidelines, models & inputs )
•Deliver the final consolidated budget presentation to CFO.
•Budget Monitoring: Monitor capital, operating and manpower spending and track the utilization of the budget using ERP (PRs monitor & approval)
•Prepares Quarterly & Monthly variance analysis and report
Collect and consolidate financial & static data from all departments
Measure departments financial KPI against targets and analyze variances
Develop and prepare management information reports and dashboards
• Prepare a monthly / quarterly cash flow forecast.
- Responsible for handling (setting up, monitoring, & updating) all contracts with the employment partners Job placement centers ( JPCs)
- Coordinate efforts together to manage the relationships & contracts with the employment partners ( JPSs).
- Work closely with the Channel manager to develop the relationships with the employment partners ( JPSs)
- Manage the relationships and contracts with all employment partners (JPCs).
- Assist the Channel manager in the process of performance reporting of the channel against KPIs and objectives
-Ensure that payments are made in a timely manner and as per the contracts to all employment partners ( JPSs).
Review the previous year files, and open a new ones to our customers.
