• Establish a good relationship with the customers and handle their disputed invoices and
coordinate with internal relevant parties to reply to any clarifications that might be received
from the customers.
• Calling the customers with overdue balances to assure the timely settlement.
• Ensure the collections documents to be filed in accordance with established procedures.
• Handling checks issuance related to operational needs.
• All documentation procedures to be followed up.
• Facilities proper import or export documents with relevant parties to track all incoming and
outgoing deliveries following regulated Custom Program.
Passed the accreditation and Equivalency (A&E) Test of the Alternative Learning System Secondary graduate.
