Making Quote Analysis by making comparison sheets for the rates, benefits, Terms, conditions and recommending the client to the best offer and benefits quoted by the insurer.
Reminding & collecting the premium payments from the clients, when the premium amount become due.
Handling General Lines claims (other than Motor) Keeping separate record for tracking the submitted claims to the insurers and follow-up them, if any submitted claims taking more than agreed days for the settlement.
Conducting meetings with the Clients and Underwriters in order to discuss and solve the issues related to the policy.
Communicating with the Clients and Underwriters for their day to day insurance related needs.
Handled all General Lines claims except Motor from the registration of claims up to their settlement. Plan, organize and direct all activities of claims and survey department.
Generates outstanding & paid reports and also manages preparation of all the desired management reports regarding claims.
