 Playing a major role in the General Insurance department of the Central Regional Office which coordinates all the insurance related activities.
 Dealing with various International and local Insurers like AXA, Medgulf, Tawuinya (Key Accounts), Malath, Trade Union Ins. SAICO, Allianz etc, in connection with various insurance and re-insurance related jobs.

 Reminding & collecting the premium payments from the clients, when the premium amount become due.
 Handling General Lines claims (other than Motor) Keeping separate record for tracking the submitted claims to the insurers and follow-up them, if any submitted claims taking more than agreed days for the settlement.
 Conducting meetings with the Clients and Underwriters in order to discuss and solve the issues related to the policy.
 Communicating with the Clients and Underwriters for their day to day insurance related needs.
