- Secure Utility Buildings Low current systems installation, termination, testing operation such as: ABB VFD pumping station system - Security Systems IT station - KNX Lighting Controls Systems - CCVT for Building systems - Water Leakage System - Power Quality Meters, UPS, Power Control, Generator Control - Networking hardware and interfaces, including Ethernet and Fiber.
- Designs and configures technically complex building control systems as defined by the contract documents. Creates flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
- Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
- Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
