We Follow international ID stander Design of Engineering by reviewing and implementing AutoCAD Design with Construction & Design Management Dep. and we Commissioning with fully consideration of complying martials and equipment with specs we review and responsible to confirm ordering with Procurement & Contract Management according to Project Estimation to match with Cost Value Engineering & We Provide Sub-Contractors in case of urgent actions for Time Management.

- Secure Utility Buildings Low current systems installation, termination, testing operation such as: ABB VFD pumping station system - Security Systems IT station - KNX Lighting Controls Systems - CCVT for Building systems - Water Leakage System - Power Quality Meters, UPS, Power Control, Generator Control - Networking hardware and interfaces, including Ethernet and Fiber.
- Designs and configures technically complex building control systems as defined by the contract documents. Creates flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
- Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
- Keeps management and JCI contractor or customer informed of job progress and issues.
-Designing, estimation and development of Automation and LV distribution, motor control centers, BMS and HVAC system.
-Panel Designing & Power Calculations for Main Distribution Panels & Motor Control Centers
-Managing the whole Technical Team and give the work on time. ⁃ Understanding of the relevant HVAC standards including ASHRAE, AHRI.
