Responsibilities:
• Dilapidation inspection for all Civil & Arch items in order to define scoop of works
• Supervision over dismantling defective items, fix and install all interior finishes works ( Screed, Epoxy paint, Plaster, Block Work, Granite and Marble, Ceramic, gypsum board, cement board, skirting, waterproofing, fireproofing, Raised floor, Doors and windows, wooden ceiling - flooring, And Emlousion paint ..... )
• implementations of all civil & Arch works
• Setting out the works in accordance with the drawings and specifications.
• Checking materials and work in progress for compliance with the specified requirements and observance of safety requirements.
• Proficient in supervising & controlling site activities along with safety
• Maintaining quality procedures manual and ensure the awareness of all employees with regards to the critically of quality and the adopted standards.
• Manages directly and provides engineering and technical supports to all the civil work groups at the site.
• Coordinates with consultants for any site instructions and inspection of works.
• Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
• Assuring the implementation of quality and safety aspects at the site.
• Planning of daily work as per the instructions from the project manager
• Ensures housekeeping in the work area
• Quantity surveying for all materials at site and request for required
• Supervising on demolition and dismantling and disposal of defective
• Supervising on installation of finishing type as per drawing and specs
• Prepare daily reports for CM & management & productivity reports
• Review received drawings and finishing schedule from technical office
• Rising clearance for MEP department and following
• Rising RFI to QC and following it with QC and consultant.
• Prepare daily duty for the next day
• Sorting available and applicable materials
• Make sure that all work and activity were going on as per safety requirements.
• Monitoring and Inspecting Sub-contractors Works.
• Supervising on the installation of fireproof materials and survey required quantities like sealant and mortar
• Prepar method statements for installation of finishing materials
• Purches request for required materials
• BOQ & CSA Following with QS prior submission .
• Attend Meeting with ( project management & consultant & client )
Leading a Team of employees (supervisor engineer & technical inspectors & scheduler & secretary ) to achieve all Amana requirements
We have nine Branch Offices in nine municipalities which covering all districts in Riyadh. Prepare reports for all different buildings in Riyadh city according to the specifications of Municipalities and deliver these reports to Riyadh Municipality (AMANA). The Reports is included all construction steps for every buildings (from excavation up to finishing )
