* Directly supervise the for the outreach, assessment of Micro Small and
Medium Enterprises / Home Based Businesses, the individual support and
daily follow-up of each home-based business and/or micro-entrepreneurs.
* Liaise with partners, CBOs, and MoSD to guarantee the smooth operation of
the activities.
* Support in leading volunteers activities and volunteers trainings in
coordination with the CBOs.
* Ensure timely and quality implementation of project activities.
* Actively engage in the projects participants selection process in
coordination with partners team and the CBO.
* Supervision of business and vocational training courses and trainers.
* Provide support to small/micro business owners during the development of
business plans, marketing plans, proposals for in-kind support and related
business development requirements.
* mapping potential CBOs and NGOs working in the same area to establish
coordination and synergies.
Ø Support in the organization and inform the community about legal
awareness activities, supervise the session.
* Represent COOPI independently in relevant coordination meetings,
meetings with UNHCR, stakeholders, government and international
organizations in Irbid city.
* Focal point of protection and legal issues (including civil documentation,
employment rights and the process of registering refugees) and handle
referring these issues to the legal unit in UNHCR.

* Implementing recreational activities in the Zaatari refugee camp and
ensure the overall implementation timeline.
* Actively contribute to the development of community engagement
portfolio in the implementation site and be up to date with relevant
strategies and sectors plans.
Coordinate, provide technical support and proactively engage with
project IBVs team at the project sites in the planning, implementation,
and improving the overall performance and delivery.
* Support and build staff and IBVs capacity in the area of sport, art, music,
and PSS through training mentoring, delegations, regular technical
coaching.
* Prepare and submit regular reports on project activities as required, and
maintain program proper documentation and archiving.
* Assist with planning and tracking financial expenditures.
* Assist in recruiting IBVs for community engagement component, tracking
IBVs timesheets, overseeing their performance, and ensure proper
implementation of the knowledge transfer tool over time.
* Support and liaise participation of national competitions, tournament,
marathons, and exhibitions inside and outside the camp.
* Represent BLUMONT independently in relevant coordination meetings,
youth task force, basic needs working group, meetings with UNHCR or
potential donors, government and international organizations in Zaatari
and assigned locations.
* Mapping and coordination of project activities with technical working
groups, local authorities and administrative actors.
* Reporting weekly and monthly on regular and special activities and any
issues encountered by IBVs or beneficiaries.
* Keeping the inventory records of sport equipment and materials.

* Conducting training of community groups (adults and children) on
hygiene promotion and proper use of wash facilities.
* Contributing to timely and quality reporting on wash activities to the
community mobilization officer.
* Assisting in collecting best practices, and case studies that
demonstrate qualitative and quantitative changes over the period.
* Enhance community engagement and ensure sustainability and
ownership by supporting the group in their roles to reach the
community with the needed information and to collect concerns.
* Conducting data collection related to public health indicators (at
household and community level).
* Supporting whenever is needed the other Oxfam projects such as
recycling and solid waste management.
* The ability to mitigate conflicts and disputes between community
members and community leaders.

* Supported the livelihood team in the outreach, screening, preparing
the contracts, issuing work permits for the workers, and registering
them in the social security.
* Provide technical input and supervision of cash for work activities in project works on program sites. Assist the base manager and information management.
* Ensure that all necessary documentation related to the cash for work (CFW) activities is collected, scanned, and uploaded to the DRC database in an accurate and timely manner.
* Assist in ensuring accountability, legal protection, payment, safety, and work cycle information is provided to the beneficiaries, and follow up with reminders so that workers know their rights and duties.

* Oversees the daily work of CFW laborers.
* Daily presence on site supporting the implementation of the
project activities, supervising works and coordination of site
services for the workforce.
* Responsible for mobilizing the community for the outreach
and identification of laborers eligible for joining the project.
* Complete vulnerability assessments, data entry and reporting on
community mobilization with guidance from the Team Leader.
* Responsible for attendance sheets, weekly payments,
keep track of performance of laborers, and support
the Team Leader in compiling payment requests.
* Tracks and maintains progress in line with the
established project timeline.

* Supported the selection of project beneficiaries through outreach
activities.
* Make specific recommendations on vulnerabilities that need
immediate attention.
* Work with Databases and spread sheets. Enter all the data received
into the database program in a timely and quality manner.
* Ability to source, analyses, and process information. Assist with
various administrative duties, as required by the supervisor.
