- Review and check shop drawings, method of statement, testing plan and material submittals
- Monitor all site activities and insure all the work is done as per project specification and approved drawings.
- liaising and Coordinating with different curriculums, subcontractors and specialists to ensure the adequate coordination among all parties for a smooth project progress.
- Liaising with the client and ability to identify, manage and meet the project’s requirements.
- Oversee quality and safety matters on site
- Dealing with all inspections from project starting date till handing over.
- Ensure that all site materials are as per specifications and approvals.
- Preparing Progress tracking reports for all the ongoing activities.
- Quantities surveying
- Preparing daily, weekly progress and quality reports
- Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
- Planning the work and organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines
