Carry out the site survey to set the construction requirements of Syriatel facilities .
• Prepare the architect designs of Syriatel facilities based on requirements that are set according to site survey results, receive from Enterprise Critical Facilities Section ( ECF ) or technical studies prepared by suppliers .
• Review technical submittals ( documents, drawings, etc ... ) prepared by suppliers or contractors and provide recommendations .
• Maintain records of Syriatel facilities architect and civil documentations ( drawings, standards, ctc ... ) and update them upon any changes ..
• Coordinate with other sections in Facility Management Unit to design and prepare for the implementation of construction and renovation of Syriatel facilities .
• Set and review the materials specifications and BOQS of architect and civil works based or design and send them to Facility Engineering HOS .
• Prepare and review cost estimation of architect and civil works when requested . Fill in sites requests with architect civ I work requirements and send them to HOS for review . • Inspect and monitor architect works implemented by contractors in Syriatel facilities through field visits to ensure implementation of the approved design and engineering codes . Follow up the progress of new facilities construction and existing facilities renovation and maintenance and escalate delays to ensure timely implementation of the related plans .
• Check architect works implementation after each phase of construction, and apply final acceptance .
• Carry out site visits regularly .
• Prepare the terms and conditions of architect works to be implemented by contractor and send them to Facility Engineering HOS . Architectural Show
• Participate with HOS in the technical assessments of relevant quotations and offers .
