Ensure that all wooden works (doors, cladding, furnitures, etc.) in site are executing as per the specification and approved shopdrawings.
Follow up all submitted drawing and materials with clients.
Follow up the payments and official letters.
Attending all progress meetings with clients and their representatives to keep them informed with site progress.
Preparing the required site reports.
Coordinating between site and other departments (technical, cost estimation and production departments)
Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force.
Preparing checklists for executed works at site
Monitoring site inspection of all structure elements and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and final drawings.
Monitoring different phases of finishes.
Reviewing the contractual documents and managing official correspondences.
Monitoring different phases of constructing “Sabah Al-Salem University city project, College of Engineering & Petroleum” from casting concrete to finishing.
