in formulating and executing action plans to expand the geographical presence of the company new markets.
•Efficiently developing and managing distribution channels across all territories to maintain direction and support in improving performance related to annual growth rate.
•Support distributors in formulating & executing effective promotions including in-trade activities to deliver incremental enhancements in trading volumes and revenues.
•Coordinate with supply chain team, provide sales & demand forecasts, monitor stocks across markets and ensure availability of the full range of SKUs to meet business plan objectives.
•Successfully develop and implement effective marketing mix models (4P) to drive vertical and horizontal growth of the entire product portfolio.
•Collaborate with internal business departments to achieve integration of all export markets/distributor in to the overall corporate business plan.
•Efficiently manage and control all commercial aspects of the business including pricing, discounts, credit policy and outstanding collections to achieve all objectives of the P&L plan.
•Completely handling the company commodities, brands and private labels such as Milk Powder, Cheddar Cheese, Butter, Cocoa Powder, Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Almonds, Almonds Paste, Cashews, Cashews, Hazelnuts, Hazelnuts Paste, Sesame, Tahina, Rice, Oats, Edible Oils, Sugar, Spaghetti, Macaroni, Flour, Semolina Juices, energy drinks, and mineral water in all different packing starting from retail, wholesale, HORECA and industrial packing for repacking and manufacturing facilities.
•Maintaining a smooth operation with all corporate suppliers and factories for the all different SKU’s
•Involving in all shipment, payment terms, documentations and executions.
•Traveling for business trips to a various countries such as Lebanon, Jordan, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, Turkey, Georgia, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Iraq. In addition to that working with clients in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Yemen, Syria, Egypt, Sudan and Iran.
•Setting up project plans for new business and expansions concerning different techniques such as P&L and risk management.
•Setting the company KPI’s for all departments and implementing it by concerned persons.
•Focusing to reduce the cost and lead time of orders, shipping, internal procedures, procuring and sourcing competitive prices continuously and insuring the company standard quality.
•Dealing with major Key accounts and cooperated how to continue improving the business growth.
•Conducting market research on certain potential investing projects that may add value to company and trying to study the whole chain of potential opportunity to insure we are taking the right decision and direction.
•Designated for rebranding the company identity, website design and development and presenting the company in domestic and international exhibitions, seminars and events
