• Manages the operation of 14 retail Mobily stores in the Western Region.
• Manages a team of 4 personnel: Area Supervisor, Store Keeper, and 2 Retail Accountants.
• Responsible for daily stock management. Stock includes: SIM cards, recharge cards, mobile phones, routers, and other telecommunications material.
• Responsible for daily financial deposit sheets.
• Continuous usage of stock management software and financial spreadsheets.
• Periodic (monthly and quarterly) financial closure of retail branches including sales reports, deposit sheets, and inventory updates.
• Dealing with more than 40 salesmen and clients on a daily basis.
• Appointed Lead of the Hajj Operation since 2010 till present day. This includes supervising the operations of up to 10 sales kiosks, managing a group of 15-20 personnel, and dealing with all financial transactions during the Hajj period.
