o All follow up on all operations in the restaurant in order to achieve the optimum level of performance and quality.
o  Develop and follow up plans in (Sales - Marketing - Costs).
o  Follow up the procurement department and audit the level of quality and prices.
o  Follow-up with the executive chef in the dish test and menu development.
o  Follow up on all matters pertaining to employees with the HR department.
o  Follow-up of all financial matters with the Finance Department from (pricing - studying costs - tracking expenses, revenues and the ‎Petty cash).
o  Study P&L for new projects and work on expansion of the company.
