- Business Plan Review and progress monitoring with specific attention to Key performance Areas and Indicators (KPA’s & KPI’s)
- Quality Management System reviews
- Monitoring and coordination of supplier audit
- Monitoring of internal Quality system health through internal system auditing
- Quality Resource monitor and cost recovery
- Process Control manual compilation and review
- Further development and implementation of Electronic Quality Management System
- Integrate Risk management
