• Overall responsibility for the development and implementation of the Site Quality Plan in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, schedule Q and Schedule B
• Developing and maintaining QMS documentation ensuring that QMS requirements are communicated and effectively implemented throughout the organization

Monitor and audit operations to assure that they comply with company policies and procedures, FDA regulations, and applicable standards.
Develop and implement quality plans that insure design goals are met through controlled development, verification, validation, review, and the use of all relevant quality tools.
Continuously improve the Quality System and take prompt corrective/preventive action where appropriate.
Assist in establishing appropriate metrics for the assessment of quality.
Responsible for quality control of piping & mechanical works
Coordinate the performances of work of the following disciplines; Welding Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, Paint Inspection, NDT (RT, MPI, LPT, TOFD), Positive Material Identification Test, PWHT, Hydro-testing, Material Control and Document Control.
System Handover to Company Representative
Construction of ACG Phase 1, Phase 2 & Phase 3 and BP Shah Deniz Gas Export Project:: the extension of an existing terminal, a new gas terminal

Responsibilities:
In ACG Phase 1, Phase 2 & Phase 3 and BP Shah Deniz Gas Export Project, preparation of quality program, inspection & test plan and procedures.
Monitor and audit operations to assure that they comply with company policies and procedures, FDA regulations, and applicable standards.
Develop and implement quality plans that insure design goals are met through controlled development, verification, validation, review, and the use of all relevant quality tools.

Assist in establishing appropriate metrics for the assessment of quality.
Develop and maintain calibration procedures and protocols.
Responsible for quality control of piping works

Monitor the availability of the required certificates for materials, equipment, and personnel
