Lead, organize and control Tendering and Contracts Section in order to meet quality standards and delivery date within Procurement regulations and methods. Lead & manage strategic procurement activities and processes and tasks and keep enhancing with new technology as well as improved methodologies. Develop Tendering and Contracts Department strategy in line with Tendering and Contracts Divisional strategy to support in the achievement of Divisional objectives Manage the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet company and departmental requirements, policies and standards Ensures vendor relations regarding referrals, communications, billing, and reimbursement. Involved in the development of department policies and procedures as well as procurement transformation program.

• Lead & manage the preparation of all Bank Contracts and deal with internal & external Business lines as well as Monitoring the contract performance and central contracts repository.
• Lead & manage Bank`s premises` rent contracts and deal with the owners from signing the contracts till the expiration & location-return including rent payment`s order.
• Ensure enhancing the contract & procurement polices & procedure.
• Build procurement and sourcing plans with needed reports reflected performance ratios.

Executing procurement methodology from capturing the business
requirements through the awarding.

in accordance to Purchasing guidelines, Policies & Procedures
