• Swiftly assist passengers with baggage, cargo, and special needs.
• Supervise cabin loading according to airline procedures and ensure hazardous goods are loaded following regulations.
• Conduct effective briefings and debriefings with the team and adhere to safety (PPE), security, and health policies compliance.
• Keep stands clean and free from Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and to comply with prevailing airport and company instructions.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Update customer information in the system.
