• Project lead on new residential & commercial development of 5, 150 homes on a 630-acre site reporting to Executive on progress of infrastructure works. Total anticipated costs for the project - £170m

• Led on a formal dispute resolution process under NEC3 Option B on Ground Investigation works

Procurement & Contracts Lead
•Managing a team of 6 staff (mix of procurement and contracts staff). I also led on recruitment for all commercial staff and also managed their mobilisation onto site, which was crucial as the project was in a remote location.
•Led the procurement process under FIDIC contracts for two major packages: roads, drainage and office buildings
•Produced and presented the monthly CVRs to management on monthly basis
•Lead Contracts Administrator for the building contract package. This role entailed drafting variations to the unit price contract, managing suspension of works under the contract and undertaking quantity takeoffs
•Sourcing subcontractors, reviewing monthly invoice payments, produce monthly cost reports and manage all contractual correspondence with client and subcontractors
•Produced and agreed an EoT claim for the Main Contractor. This included detailed back up outlining contractual entitlement for both time and cost
