1. Plan, Organize and conduct cultural orientation sessions for Australia-bound refugees under AUSCO in MENA region as needed;
2. Attend and participate in annual AUSCO trainings and workshops, participate in staff exchange programs when needed by the CO Coordinator;
3. Conduct (CO) for UK- bound refugees both within Iraq as well as throughout the region;
4. Conduct CO for France bound refugees in Iraq when needed;
5. Write lesson plans in accordance with CO Middle East curriculum objectives; 6. Implement student- centred activities in all CO classes;
7. Participate in and contribute to teacher trainings and staff development seminars;
8. Assist in the development of teaching materials, visual aids, and bulletin boards which supports the objectives of the CO curriculum;
9. Write and submit reports following TDY missions; 10. Assist to maintain CO MENA statistics;
11. Maintain inventories of all instructional supplies and order materials in direct consultation with

12. Engage in self-directed study for professional development, including reading resettlement updates, language tutorials, attending CO related workshops and seminars;
13. In Coordination with IOM Operations department, obtain refugees contact information and make sure refugees are informed of their scheduled CO classes when needed;
14. Prepare class schedules and update CO tracking sheets for reporting purposes as directed by the CO Coordinator;
15. Assist CO Coordinator submit monthly and quarterly program narrative and statistical reports; 16. Act as back up to the senior CO trainer in Erbil as needed;
17. Work cooperatively with all relevant IOM units including Operations, Administration and Finance, and the Chief of Mission as needed;
18. Identify means to ensure and maintain a high level of integrity consistent with the principles of the organization and the program, follow-up with implementation and monitoring;
19. Travel independently throughout the region to deliver Cultural Orientation classes, as required and at times on short notice
20. Perform other related duties as assigned.
-Carry out preliminary telephonic assessment of cases identified by the ID RST assistant (pre-screening) using the Verification form template.
- Schedule cases for ID interviews (screening).
- Screen out cases not meeting resettlement criteria at the initial verification level (pre-screening) and update relevant proGres events.
- Carry out preliminary resettlement interviews and initial assessments, to process refugees for resettlement following established procedures
- Prepare written documentation for resettlement submission; ensure that records / files of individual cases are updated in a systematic and timely manner
- Create physical file (field) and update physical files in writing actions taken on the Action sheet and relevant email correspondence about the case.
- Follow up on cases from time of submission to final decision and departure; ensure effective in-country communication on the status and follow-up on persons of concern being considered for resettlement.
- Assist in maintaining and updating ProGres or Consolidated Online Resettlement Tracking System (CORTS) database and provide technical support
- Provide resettlement counselling to refuges as needed.
- Maintain accurate resettlement statistics as well as up-to-date records on individual cases; assist in the preparation of reports
- Assist in mitigating RSD/resettlement fraud by reporting suspected fraud.
• monitoring and identification of protection concerns, identifying appropriate solutions, supporting protection activities and mainstreaming protection into the work of all other agencies working in the camp.
• Build and maintain effective communication with communities of concern, local authorities and protection and assistance partners.
• Compile protection bi-weekly reports and requested protection information from Protection Monitors.
• Conduct Focused Group Discussions
- Coordinate with the ACF logistic and the administrative team for the activities implementation, and respecting internal procedures
- Follow up on logistic activities conducted for the project implementation
- Insure a good use of the items allocated to the project
- Insure time tables and planning are respected for ACF MHCP staff; link with administration;
- Ensure proper internal follow up of the activities, especially through data entry and report facilitation
- Collect reports from the field workers
- Insure quality of reporting
- Enter data collected in the database and other program tools
- Analyse the data provided and report to the MHCP Program Manager
- Facilitate the coordination with partners/clusters for Mental Health and psycho-social activities
- Gather information in order to get an updated mapping of each camp where authorities might plan to settle new refugees and/or IDPs
- Set up and follow up on coordination mechanisms
- Identify Focal Points in each organisation in order to raise awareness about the activity and to refer appropriately
- Develop tools to be used by the PSW in order to inform refugees and IDPs about the available services in camps at time of arrival
- Collect information from the PSW about the main needs raised by the refugees and IDPs and give feedback to stakeholders
- Using ACF tools, write report about PFA activities.
- Support on-going assessments in MHCP with the close collaboration of the Program Manager
- According to needs identified, gaps, ACF opportunities, support the development / translation of appropriate assessment tools
- Facilitate the implementation of assessment methods (interviews, focus groups discussions…) in camps and in host community through immediate translation / direct information gathering
- Report any information related to the MHCP field gathered
- Assist in Ensuring Program Communication
- Develop communication tools to explain ACF program to stakeholders
- Develop tools to facilitate program implementation
• Data management: MHCP Data management and recording, mentoring team leaders and teams in correct usage of data collection, Filing system of data, Management of schedules and movement plan.
• Translation: Translate relevant documents, training materials, schedules, Organizational materials, Translation during the training sessions.
• leading and Mentoring psycho-social team activities in the field.
• Coordinating with the service providers in IDP camps , regarding camp management, coordination meetings with other NGOs that work in the same area.
• Daily and weekly planning of the MHCP activities: psycho-social activities, psychologist plans and sessions, managing the child friendly space in the camp.
• Data collection on a daily and weekly bases, reporting to the head of unit.
• Performing (PFA) psychological first aid to survives of ISIS attacks on Mosul city, Follow-up and monitoring condition of cases with Psychological disorder and mental health issues.
• Preforming Recreational Activities for kids.
• presenting family planning sessions For men, women, and life style sessions teenagers.
• Exporting daily reports regarding the Mental health care practices activities in the field .
