•Checking for the candidate’s Reference, gaps in educations, employment, projects duration etc.
•Conduct first level interview (Telephonic) to check communication Skills, domain skills, interest level, availability, years of experience, current / expected CTC, Notice period, reason for job change, etc.
•Formatting the selected profiles, excel & mail format according to the client requirement.
•Preparing and maintaining various recruitment details & database, resume management, maintaining computerized and manual database of applications along with shortlisted candidates.
•Handling the recruitment process by coordinating with the clients and candidates
•Prepare candidates for client interviews; coordinate interviews, brief candidates after the interviews.
•One point contact between clients and candidates for interview schedule, follow up with candidates until they complete all rounds of the interview & negotiating / finalizing salaries for candidates, offers and joining formalities and work on back-ups in case they don't join.
•Establish and maintain a pipeline of candidates for future client needs.
•Maintaining Daily /weekly status reports.
•High level of proficiency with MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Word and Excel software.
