• Reviewing of construction drawings and specification as per contract.
• Preparation of the Red line Markup of all piping drawing.
• Take corrective action as per site memos, information and non-confirmation report (NCR)
• Resolve contractor raised queries in conjunction with technical support group.

Supported the discipline elements of the commissioning of the shell GTL C7 area which consist of on plot, off plot and product loading berth, roles and responsibilities are detailed below as a generic representation of commissioning duties

• Setting the test limits for all commissioning Test packs and worked as a commissioning test pack coordinator which includes Air blowing, Low Pressure & High Pressure test & purging of export pipelines.
• Checking the bolt tightness of the equipment's and Flange joints, Co-ordinates with final bolt torqueing document completion.
• Preparation of air blowing, Low Pressure & High Pressure test plans and procedure as per project specification and site condition.
• Preparation of commissioning packages for piping systems.
• Preparing and Implementing commissioning test plans and method statement for various activities involved in the construction of Oil &Gas facilities, Petrochemical plant as per shell project specification & Relevant International standards.
• Incoming inspection of various steel materials, consumables, tools and equipment's etc. with relevant documents like purchase order, Material test certificates. If required, perform mechanical test and chemical analysis in order to confirm specification and relevant International standards.
