and Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records of the clients, helping clients to develop budget or other plans to achieve their financial goals .Must be working with confidential materials and follow code ethics since I am working with very personal financial information.
Processing of inward and outward clearing. Checking of cheques if there is a fund, checking of date, signature specimen and denotes all activities from time a commitment is made for a transaction until it is settled.
Providing the best customer service and using marketing as part of customer service.
Verify the identity of customers and process requests for deposits to and withdrawals from patron accounts.
Generate certified cheques and money orders according to the specifications of customers.
Staff Attendance, Money Control and Purchasing Officer.
Letter of Credit: Following up and completing with the respective banks.
Prepare and submit monthly reports like summary of collection and deposit, collection
bank book, bank reconciliation statement along with bank statement. Summary of collection made for other exchanges and status of dishonored cheque received from customer.
Foreign currency sale and purchase.
Handling cash skills, Management and it's responsibilities.
Processing all customer’s money transfers worldwide.
Processing all customers supporting services.
Handling checks skills and Management.
