My main task is administrating IS environment in the following sites (Bahrain, Doha, Dubai, Algeria, Egypt) to achive all IT related tasks as following:
o Deploying, Configuring, Administrating & Monitoring Backend Servers (Windows Server 2003/2008 DC, Windows 2003/2008 file & print server, DNS, DHCP, WINS, TMG 2010, Hyper-V, SQL 2005) in addition to the mentioned tasks.
o Coordinate with the Help desk team in all sites for any problems they facing related to the servers and Infrastructure side.
o Managing upgrades for hardware and software.
o Manage checkpoint firewall in all branches.
o I already designed the active directory, Firewall, routers infrastructure for the mentioned sites.
o provide leadership and strategic direction to all technical activity.
o Provide technical assistance to all IT stuf.
o Reporting to the IT director.
o Creating & maintain the company IT policy
o Creating IT staff training plan.
o Keeps team well informed of changes within the organization.
o Introduce IT asset management.
o Manage and administer warranties, licenses and service contracts.
o Disaster Recovery Plan and Business continuity.
o Documentations and update Infrastructure topology network.
The company’s Network Infrastructure in Egypt includes three sites, El Gabal site (300+ node) & Alexandria site (60+ node) & Cairo site (20+ node ). My maintask is Administrating Microsoft enviroment in the three sites and to achieve other IT related tasks as following:
o Deploying, Configuring, Administrating & Monitoring Backend Servers (Windows 2003 Server DC, Windows 2003 file & print server, DNS, DHCP, WINS, IIS 6).
o Performing assigned administrative tasks on other Microsoft servers ( Exchange 2007, ISA Server 2006, SQL 2005 server, WSUS).
o Manage Cisco Catalyst 2960 switch & cisco 1800 router.
o Managinig web application for document controller system .
o Managing data backup for file servers and main servers ( daily and full backup ) .
o Instaling & maintaining Time attendance Machine.
o Installing, Adminstrating and maintaining physical and virtual staging enviroments for the company projects.
o Providing helpdesk & technical support for 60+ windows XP & WIN 7 users ( Alexandria Site).
o Troubelshooting hardware & network problems for the network equipments and production servers.
o Manage antivirus servers (kaspersky, Symantec endpoint, Trend micro office scan).
o Manage virtual servers based on Microsoft Hyber-V server 2008.
o Managing the Infrastructure & helpdisk Team.
o Manage the outsourcing contracts.
o Coordinate with the Help desk team for any problems they facing related to the servers and Infrastructure side.
o Being ON CALL 24/24 hr a day, 7/7 days a week for prevention support & disaster recovery
The company’s Network Infrastructure includes two main sites in Alexandria, My maintask is Administrating IS enviroment in the two sites and to achieve other IS related tasks in both sites as following:
o Administrating & maintaining Misrosoft servers & services (Windows 2003 Server DC, & print server, DNS, DHCP, ISA 2006, Wsus).
o Designing networks and installing (Network Nodes-batch panel - switches- Routers- Servers).
o Providing helpdesk & technical support windows XP Professional users.
o Supporting our clients by phone and remotely and provide security and network solutions.
o Troubelshooting hardware & network problems for the network equipments including Workstations ( HP dx6100 & dx7600 Microtowers, Fujitsu SCENIC T), Servers (HP Proliant ML350G4p, Fujitsu Primergy H200 & TX200), Printers (HP LJ 4100, LJ 1010, LJ 6L, DJ 970Cxi, HP Multi-Function Printers 4345 mfp & 9040 mfp), Acess Points .
o Being ON CALL 24/24 hr a day, 7/7 days a week for prevention support & disaster recovery.
o Manage Antivirus server( Norton Antivirus Corporate eddition ).
o Administrating company lan and servers.
o Designing and installing network and system for clients.
o Design solutions for clients ( VPN, E-mail, Security, Active directory, Wan).
o Manage client contracts.
o Manage IT stuf.
o Provide technical support and advice for all IT stuf.
o Support sales team with all technical information.
o planning and implementing security and policies.
o Coordinate with existed clients for planning any incoming projects.
o Monitor the network through OpManager.
o Designing networks and installing (Network Nodes-batch panel - switches- Routers- Servers).
o Administrating & maintaining Misrosoft servers & services (Windows 2003 Server DC, & print server, DNS, DHCP, ISA 2006, Wsus).
o Supporting our clients by phone and remotely and provide security and network solutions.

o Providing LAN solutions (implementing, installing, maintaining, increasing performance & documentation).
o Responsibilities: Mainly Hardware Maintenance, Software & Network Troubleshooter.
