Project / Design Manager for Masharef Hills Project - (Riyadh):
Seconded to KINAN International Real Estate Development Co. (SAVOLA GROUP). The project is a landmark community in the north of Riyadh, with a land area of 1 million m², and construction cost of $ 55 Million US Consisting of Master planning, all community infrastructure, 2 mosques, 169 villas, park, public realm and apartment buildings complex design.
Managed the project cycle from preconstruction, through design, through construction and final close-out. Ensured all the design and construction aspects of the project are in line with client requirements and expectations. Acted as client representative for the design, project control and delivery of the work closely with the design-build team and the client team during the entire project cycle, ensured that the project meets the relevant industry standards, regulations, and contract requirements.
