Carries out the responsibilities in coordination with the regional HR team and KSA Country Manager.
• Keep apprised of the laws and regulations pertaining to operation of a company in the KSA and employment of staff and ensure pro-active compliance.
• Help develop and ensure compliance of HR Policies and Procedures in accordance with Local Labour Law.

Key Achievements:
• Independently managed, coordinated, monitored and advised the end-to-end HR cycle, including recruitment and
staffing needs, enhancing the staffing strength from 100 to over 200 staff.
Coordinated, managed and implemented as HR Generalist, the strategic and critical project HR objectives in Madinah
region within a short span of 90 days, including onboarding, induction, contract management, and HR-payroll coordination to
set up a new business unit with strong HR guidance of senior management.
• Prepared and discussed HR KPIs to monitor the progress of the HR agenda on a weekly/ monthly basis, benchmarked HR
results, and maintained excellent staff retention rates for the various business units under me.
HR Operations
• Lead the change management and complex HR Projects cross-functionally and manage the HR related internal and
external communication, reporting to HR Director and CEO of Business Units under me.
• Consult with line management, providing daily HR guidance, resolving complex employee relations issues and handle
grievances, improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention and strengthen leadership
• Act as the performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the people management related agenda.
