storage practices, fire extinguisher placement and handling, fire detection system
inspections, evacuation procedures, fire drills, etc. Evaluation of the handling, labeling, storage, and disposal of hazardous

Worked as HSE Manager at Gulf Power International O&M under
the SEC Shoaiba Power Plant Saudi Electricity since May 2022. My core
responsibilities include, but are not limited to, planning and implementing the EHS
Management system throughout the project, reporting site accidents/incidents to
senior management and clients, planning and implementing audit schedules,
ensuring induction training and internal HSE training in accordance with OSH
standards and procedures, reviewing HSE reports, procedures, and emergency
response plans, leading safety committee meetings, conducting accident
investigations, developing strategies for injury and incident prevention, and
maintaining, evaluating, reviewing, and effectively supervising HSE KPI
requirements.

Assist in compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to support Health,
Safety and Environmental management.
Assist in the compliance of applicable laws and regulations.
Prepare applicable HSE reports as necessary.
Provide assistance and advice on HSE issues to make recommendations to facility management.
Participate in detailed incident investigations and Root Cause Analysis.
Observe HSE regulations, wears all required safety equipment, encourages safe working practices, corrects obvious hazards immediately or reports them to the proper personnel.
