Working as a Consultant providing management services to Oil & Gas industry; including Tender / Proposals Management, Project Cost Estimation, Risk & Opportunities Management, Project Benchmarking, Project Controls, Management System Development including Implementation & Training.

Completed an assignment for AFCONS, a leading Indian marine and infrastructure construction company (part of the Sapoorji Pallonji Group of Co., turnover USD2.5bn) on implementation of Project Risk Management System. Recently completed an assignment for bidding Saudi Aramco project for EPIC of Offshore Facilities.

Reporting directly to Directors and functionally to Chief Operating Officer. Responsible for managing & co-ordinating all efforts on proposals & estimation preparation, principally for Diving and ROV services for construction, inspection, repair and maintenance of offshore structures such as pipelines, cables, platforms, drilling rigs, SBM and FPSO Systems in the Middle East and Indian subcontinent.

Reporting to VP (Asia Pacific & India) and functionally reporting to Director, Worldwide Estimating based in Houston, USA. Tasked with handling overall responsibility for development of complete, accurate, compliant & competitive techno-commercial bids in the region for upstream/offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects primarily for construction of offshore pipelines, structures and other marine facilities.

Reporting to VP & GM, Business Development (SE Asia & Middle East) and functionally reporting to Director, Global Project Controls based in Houston, USA. Responsible for effectively handling all aspects of review, supervision and preparation of estimates for Engineering, Project Management, Fabrication and Marine works to develop competitive bids for upstream/offshore Oil & Gas EPC projects.

Reporting to Regional Manager of Proposals, with primary responsibility to manage & co-ordinate efforts on all matters pertaining to preparation of proposals to major international oil companies, for multidiscipline Reimbursable & Lump sum turnkey EPC offshore projects.

Reporting to Divisional Manger of Estimating and functionally to Assistant General Manager of Marketing. Responsibilities mainly included preparation of cost estimates and proposal for offshore and onshore, Oil & Gas turnkey EPC projects.
