Overview:
Led the end to end scope of property & Facility for Palm Springs Compound & Other facilities - residential space with 200 accommodation units. In addition to maintaining and improving landlord and tenant relationship, I provide valuation appraisals to enable the Estates Board to make informed land and property decisions, including the rationalization and utilization of property assets.
Key Achievements:
• Developed and implemented asset management plans and maintenance plans for the entire property portfolio; ongoing projects, monitor facilities capital, and O&M project scopes, schedules, and budgets including annual spending plans and cost estimates.
• Delivered professional estates and facilities management function in respect of the identification, development, and implementation of schemes for maintenance, refurbishment, alterations and new facilities.
• Enforced management and training the security team; coordinate response and incident management to address threats towards property’s assets and operations.
• Developed Managed and achieved the cutting cost and cutting back a strategy in all projects that related to administration, staffing, recruitment; overseeing teams’ maintenance of allocated portfolio and agreed SLA’s.
• Developed sourcing and procurement management within the defined processes and oversee all inputs towards their successful delivery of schemes, including the appointment and management of supporting internal and external professional/technical services, ensuring the delivery of a seamlessly integrated workflow
• Great achievements in all project management of major internal and external maintenance work along with the relevant surveyor
• Support the business in the pursuit of Health and Safety excellence through process improvements within the function
• Lead the management of capital and revenue budgets for projects being undertaken, including tracking of expenditure, forecasting, and reporting, working to ensure projects are delivered within budget
• Maximized total return of each asset through analyzing the property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance.
• Initiated and implement the strategies of managing properties.
• Developed and implemented the policies, procedures, and standards in real estate operations in real estate operations.

• Held accountable for overseeing daily operations of the compound involving maintenance, property, security, recreation, and landscaping and house-keeping department.
• Build the fire brigades for the planning, administration, and coordination of Fire, Life and Safety (FLS) programs within the property to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws, regulations, and standards concerning fire and life safety.
