• Sell the range of VW vehicles visa the use of an effective pro-active sales process,
delivering profit target to the company.
• Maintain showroom and displays to the required VW standard.
• Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories prices
and key features of major competitors.
• Help retailer to achieve industry - leading standards of Customer care and process
efficiency.
• Help in managing the display and matching car models with car colors.
• Clear cards from the dry port and the ware house.
• Communicate and coordinate successfully with internal various functions and back
offices such as workshop, spare parts, logistics, finance, ETC.
• Responsible for Volkswagen main showroom’s image and C.I.
• Give insight recommendations regarding the proper packages of products for
different market segments.
• Be the advisor for customers till they buy the car and conduct their test drive.
• Provide the customers with car offer, bank offer, insurance offer or trade instead.
• Study, understand and predict customer’s needs and demanded of getting new
vehicle.
• Finalize paper work and documents of the car starting from new car contract till
the traffic letter.
• Deal with banks and insurance companies to help the customers in financing and
insuring his car.
