Duties and responsibilities:
• In charge of the projects design development from concept to completion.
• Provides technical expertise and review architectural design against local code compliance.
• Deliver projects efficiently and effectively through inspirational leadership of the design team members.
• Handle all Abu Dhabi projects Authority approvals dealing with ADM, ADCD, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, UPC, ADNOC & ADAC.
• Liaise, coordinate and follow up correspondences with all Authorities for building permits, approvals and NOCs. (Like DM, DDA, Trakhees‐ JAFZA, Civil Defense, ADM, ADCD...etc.)
• Track, monitor and control projects delivery and coordinate with project team, main contractor, subcontractors and site team.

Duties and responsibility:
 Project leader of design and build projects.

& Civil Defense) for permitting works from start of project, building permit to
completion.
