My position now with United Metal as Head of Technology to improve and manage all related information technology sectors at Head Office and the Factory.
Integrate new technology for work environment via system and tools, although any upgrading requests and procurement.
I responsible to setup short and long plan and objectives, manage technical staff to utilize network infrastructure and system administration needs, as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
I was one of the founder team as it was a company delivering training and consulting services.
My Responsibilities:
* Driving new business to a company utilizing a variety of methods and techniques.
* Answering to the company president or directly to a board of directors.
* Attract new business.
* Trying to find the most effective introductory strategy into those markets.
* Build relationship not only with outside customers, but also within the company Staff.
* Lead new courses and programs to our packages for training sections.
* Reserving venues and managing steps for our multinational trainers as we provide international courses from UK delivered to Egypt market.
* Delivering Technical courses for new graduate or undergraduate for network and technical curriculum as “Cisco CCNA, ADSL Troubleshooting, and IC3”
I am responsible for solving computer system problems and support internal teams.
Diagnose PCs and Workstation Hardware or Software faults for all factory and Head Office.
Installing and configuring computer spare parts.
Managing HOSTING, DOMAIN CONTROL FOR WEBSITE, and e-mailing system.
Support the internal system for the factory and HO as we are using a web app over windows server.
For 3G, BS (Business Solution), BB (Black Berry) and ISP (Internet Service Provider) as a First line technical support agent.
My Responsibilities:
* Provides answers to questions from customers regarding use and troubleshooting of equipment.
* Trouble-Shooting all network nodes related to Etisalat ISP.
* Provide new solution and update in network.
* Document all troubleshooting and a case management action via the electronic case management system.
* Reporting and maintain client request for Data mobile and ADSL connection.
* Reporting covering problems for 3G mobile connection indicating with client requests.
* Follow company policy and customer satisfaction to be admire with Etisalat services.
ADSL Technical Support act with first and second line support Engineer.
My Responsibilities:
* Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
* Configuration of client’s equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router (ADSL customers only).
* Configure software to connect to Internet application servers.
* Obtain general understanding of OS and application operations related to company offered services.
* Identify and correct or advise, on operational issues in client computer systems.
* Perform creation of new accounts using company provide software tools.
* Monitoring network faults and alerts for any disconnected nodes.
* Work with ERX, E120, Bras, and Cisco network equipment as first line support.
* Network Installation Engineer Main job is to deploy and configure various types of ADSL networks Wired, Wireless and VPN.
* Technical Customer Support To solve customers’ technical problems via phone.
