During this period at IWAN for Investment & Developments I responsible for:
• Developing and implementing policy and procedures of Procurement and SC Planning Departments.
• Member of higher committee of value engineering, cost reduction and bulk deals.
• Make a procurement & Operation plan for IWAN projects like (Jeera -Jewar-Atrio-Alma-Jedar-Vida-Jada-The Axis-E-Plaza-Majada) with 500M EGP annual budget
• Administration of the contracts in line project’s requirements, compliance with contract notification, certification, and response timeframes, tracking changes and monitoring each change through a change order process.
• Monitoring execution performance, consumption rates quarterly and follow up inventory and work to reduce inventory by 30%, raise inventory turnover 4 times, and provide a minimum safety stock for the main raw materials.
• Provide day-to-day management and oversight of the contract deployed to the Contract Responsible for preparing tender documents, select subcontractors, suppliers and evaluate them and negotiate to get best prices and conditions and work to build long-term partnerships.
• Managing and developing a team consisting of 4 key players and helping them achieve goals and provide a suitable work environment.
• Participating in establishing schedules, budgets for different projects and reviewing BOQ, characterize items and suggesting alternatives.
• Directing resources leveling between all projects to meet the needs of work and following up on the optimum utilization of all the company's resources, including contractors, supplies, stocks, or cash.
• Analyzing schedule updates and updating procurement and operational plans.
• Using a (SAP) ERP system as a key user for Planning &Procurement Departments
• Applying MRP I, MRP II methodologies and Run MRP and Releasing purchase requisitions according to procurement plan.
• Coordinating and integrating between the departments of projects (PMO), handover, finance and warehouse.
• Preparing, reviewing and evaluating claims for additional time and/or money received from contractors
• Creating and updating contract forms annually according to Fidic standards
• Preparing the required financial payments to suppliers and contractors to send to the financial department monthly.
• Monitoring, controlling Cost, contracts and preparing earned value reports monthly.
• Using balanced scorecards to evaluate the work and ability to achieve goals quarterly.

During this period, I worked as a key user and assistant to projects manager.
my major responsibilities included:
Participating in Establishing a PMO Office to handle all project management process.
Preparing (structural design - shop drawing - as built).
Coordinating between all project drawings (structure, civil, landscape, architect
drawings).
Managing and cooperation with a team consist of 5 engineers with different specialties.
Preparing supplies, needs, assign contractors and following up site work.
Preparing BOQ, estimating the Quantities and contractors pay downs
Preparing project Reports (schedule, monitor, control, feedback).
Identifying project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and
ensure technical feasibility.
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/contractors for the flawless execution

Site Civil Engineer (10/2014—05/2015)
Managing parts of construction projects (overseeing the building work, undertaking
surveys, setting out sites and organizing facilities).
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.
Supervising contracted staff
Ensuring projects meet the agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.
Plans the execution of all Civil related works and coordinates the works to Electrical
and mechanical groups.
Liaising with subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors
