Handling products technical issues with the manufactures for improvement and claims of manufacturing defects. .
•Handling customers, dealers and contractors field technical issues in product installation, testing and commissioning and provide recommendations for solving the related problems in ducting and control systems done by the contactors to overcome existing or expected problems before start up.
•Study and analyze customer requirements for special requirements of unitary products and provide the recommendations for sales staff to comply with customer requirements.
•Conducting the load analysis and estimation for project as per project consultant demand and support the contractors for getting the approval. Also doing the same for company turn key projects, beside the full design for ducting works, and pipe designs.
•Review with contractors their duct design before submitting to consultant for final approval.
•Trained new and current consulting engineers, in load estimation programs, refrigerant piping design, duct design and equipment selection.
•Trained company sales and support staff on load estimation, equipments selection, duct design, and technical sales point in company product sales range.
•Prepare product technical specification to be included in the project spec. as part of sales process.
•Train company technicians on product sequence of operation, service procedure, troubleshooting, and testing and commissioning.
•Supporting HVAC designers in selecting the proper HAVC system in their projects.
•Follow up the turn key HVAC project executed by the company, this include all project activity with all related parties (This include shop drawing preparation).
•Helping the contractors in preparation the OM manuals for HAVC project.
•Provide the HAVC contractors with the recommended spare parts list for their projects for handover purposes.
Execute all mechanical works in Prince Fahad Bin Sultan Hospital (100 bed), the mechanical systems consist of 600 TR Child water system, exhaust system, HVAC control systems, firefighting system, demotic and treated water systems, medical gases systems, sewer system, and other mechanical equipment used normally in hospitals. Total project Value is 30 MSR
•Execute all mechanical works in Soldiers dormitory project in Tabuk-KSA, the projects having 8 roof top units of Trane brand, with all ducting works, and system accessories, beside the plumbing works. Project Value 7.2 MSR
•Execute all mechanical works at ASTRA Housing complex in Tabuk-KSA. System involves are Mini split AC units, plumbing system, swimming pool, and irrigation system. Project Value 28 MSR
•Executing mechanical works with other small projects related to the company with a total value exceed 30 MSR
Responsibilities:-
•Project planning for completing the project in the time frame.
•Supervising the mechanical draft men in preparing the related shop drawing for each mechanical system.
•Supervising material submittals and follow up approvals with the consultants.
•Follow up shop drawing approvals with the consultant.
•Negotiation with material suppliers before material approval and control the cost of individual material items.
•Projects activity monitoring and preparing the inspection documents for consultant approval
•Preparing the monthly bill for each project as per work progress.
•Testing and commissioning all mechanical equipments
•Air balancing for HVAC ducted system.
•Projects hand over procedure.
Preparation of testing and commissioning procedures for all mechanical works in the peace shield project.
•Supervising the air balancing process in the peace shield projects
•Preparation of O & Manuals for all mechanical items.
Fully in charge for all mechanical works in HHRC Laundry projects. The project consist Child water HVAC system, domestic and treated water systems, sewer system, firefighting system. The mechanical value in the project is 2 MSR
Member of management committee with other sectors Vice President and Managing Director.
•Setting Short and long term business strategies with management committee members for achieving the company strategic objectives.
•Setting the function strategies for Service, Spare parts, technical support departments.
•Setting up the business plan for all department related to Technical Services.
•Setting the budget for Departments under Technical Services in coordination with finance department.
•Controlling the revenue and cost of revenue within set budget.
•Setting up the KPI for all Technical Services departments and control the departments and their employees based on KPIs.
•Conducting P&L analysis each quarter to assure meeting set objective.
•Monitoring all initiatives and take the corrective measures to be align with business plan.
•Setting up service quality process and procedure for all departments with customer satisfaction index.
• Regular meeting with all Technical Service sector managers for business review and solving upcoming issues.
• Visiting branches and sub branches offices and service centers to ensure the service quality and standard are secured.
•Issuing regulations, technical and administrative decisions for achieving business plan and programs.
•Ensuring providing professional Maintenance and Renovation services to all market segment.
Spearheading the evolution of well-defined streamlined organizational infrastructure and systems. Formulating yearly service plane and strategies in coordination with service managers of 17 branches in KSA, to provide the best after sales service, hence brining the service level to No.1 in the market.
•Detailing road maps to facilitate the transitions, with incorporated saleable parameters in view of projected business growth.
•Supporting sales department in preparing of testing and commissioning procedures for HAVC equipment’s, preparing the proper teams for conducting this process with Sales VIP contactors and product end users.
•Preparing and conducting training programs for dealers and HVAC contractors installers, and certify them as authorized installers.
•Preparing and conducting service and troubleshooting training program for company technicians as per manufactures guidance and recommendations.
•Providing sales with all required technical information related to product modification to comply with BMS (Building Management System), and training company technicians on filed modifications steps and procedure.
•Boosting the motivation level of employees by implementing continually change management, leading to better working practices systems.
•Liaison extensively with product manufacturers in order to achieve a service image of best after sales service providers.
•Conducting yearly TDR process ( Using six sigma tools) to improve the company after sales service to meet LG and global standards
